Service Description

Standard Email Portfolio Evaluation with a brief Follow Up Zoom Call I will need to see a record of your child's educational activities for the year. For example, a portion of the log you keep with titles of reading materials, as well as a sampling of your child's work from the beginning and the end of the year. I will need you, the parents, to send me your Information (children's names and dates of birth, your address, your contact information, and the deadline needed). You will also need to upload portions of your child's portfolio. This can be sent to me using the online form or emailed directly to me. After I receive your information and your child's/children's portfolios, I will review all the materials and then schedule a call to speak to you and your child/children. If you have scheduled more than one child, I will speak to each of them separately. I will email you, the parents, the official evaluation forms. Parents, you will send the form(s) to your school district.
